Libya is a country located in the North of African continent and spreads over an area of around 1,759,540 square kilometers and the country has the maximum coastline among the countries of Africa bordering the Mediterranean Sea on the North. The people of Libya consider themselves to be a part of the Arab community. Thus Sightseeing at Libya consist few theaters and art galleries, beautiful beaches of the country as well as the well preserved archaeological sites namely Leptis Magna. By far, Sightseeing at Libya consist in visiting the capital city of Libya, Tripoli that features a host of museums and archives as well as the famous Jamahiriya Museum that was built after consultation with UNESCO.

This castle of the Ottoman period is a must visit in Libya as one gets to know about the history of the country from this castle as well as one gets an idea about the culture and origin of the people of Libya.

Further Gurgi and Karamanli mosques constitute another part of Sightseeing at Libya. The mosques are famous for their delicate decorations and tile work. The only existing Roman monument in the city of Tripoli, the Arch of Marcus Aurelius lies outside the Gurgi mosque. The Jamahiriya Museum is the national museum of Libya features many artifacts that speak about the roman and Greek period of the country.
