African Cuisines
Africa like its vast diversities have various varieties of cuisines influenced because of the various factors. African cuisines are divided into four each into its parts. i.e. north, south, east and the west cuisine. All the types of cuisines are influenced by one factor or the other. In northern Africa the cuisines is inspired by the Middle East. East Africa comprises of a very soft and delicate type of cuisine of high and royal standard of the kings times like the King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba and also by the Asian workers working in the African railway. The western cuisine of Africa is influenced by the outside worlds that are from the other nearby countries a mix and match of different other cuisines like Cajun, soul, Caribbean etc., forming a peculiar type of a new cuisine.

We opened an African village in the year 2002 keeping the original and ever so tasty cuisine of Africa to make your need satisfying by actually making you enjoy the real colors of Africa. We offer Couscous type of cuisine in the north of Africa, the Ugali & injeria type from east, fufu & dodoh from west and salsa or nashima type from the south. All are efforts and variations are just to make the people happy.
